Hey girl heyyy! Thank you 🥰On the nails front, lately I've been hooked on a classic, OPI's Bubble Bath. I do dip on my hands and gel on my toes in the same color. In the summer I'll go bolder on the toe color. God is SO good, and faithful. I have testimonies for days, whew! On the travel front, since my last trip upload here, here's the quick download: 2019 - Seattle/Vancouver, 2020 - The Berkshire's, 2021 - Jamaica, 2022 TRAVEL EXPLOSION: Puerto Rico, Barbados (solo!), Italy (best group trip ever), Morocco. Schedule for 2023...thus far: California, South Carolina, Ghana, Antarctica (biggie with Chichi to get us to all 7 continents, will most likely do a YT vid). Let's gooooo!

I'm born and raised, though I lived for a little over 10 years in NYC. Where did you stay? On the north coast (Ochi environs) or out west (MoBay, Negril, etc)?

@@keilah4039 Out west in MoBay! It's a non-stop flight from Philly, I can be there in 3-ish hours and the hotel I like is just 10-15min from the airport - the best! Eventually I want to visit other parts of the island, but I love convenience of MoBay.

Long response....Now that's a million dollar question! I have done both steroid injections and silicon sheet therapy. I have 5 keloids total. The one on my face responded perfectly to the steroid injection and flattened entirely. The other ones on my chest/back/arm did nothing more than spread :-/ FOR ME...the steroid only helped in specific areas and I found the silicon sheets to not be helpful at all, perhaps for a super fresh keloid it would work. Mine are over 30 years old and I did the injections probably 25 years ago. From time to time, I look to see if there is new treatment, but it's still the same. I have followed this guy for a few years www.keloid212.com/ as he's a doc that has an exclusive focus on keloid treatments. He does cryotherapy which I haven't tried before, but one day am considering giving a whirl. Hope this helps!

Hiya! To remove cholorine, I've found sulfate shampoos work best...which the natural hair community poo poos (pun not intended :-). But truth be told, eventually I just got into doing a warm water rinse and a light coat of oil or conditioner and kept it pushing. I do however have traditional locs! I found this article which recommends options www.instyle.com/hair/best-shampoos-remove-chlorine

@@lhamilt if you listen and follow yannie locologist and from my previous knowledge- it thins the locs - it's the fuzziness that forms the locs

@@nubianrentalsusviI love the holistic education Yannie gives. I definitely follow what she says. She not only tell you but she will show you with her clients permission what causes damage over time.

Definitely worth giving it a try, I love the texture the twists gave my locs

I didn’t experience any at all. The temp of the water is lower than the average curling iron.
